The latter is a PopUnder that appears at the closing of your website or at the change of the page.
Popunder service is paid 1€ CPM, PopExit service is remunerated exactly half price.
Heyos has a very advanced (windows) antilock technology, that allows an opening rate of 80% compared to the real vitits: normally the 70% Of users surfing the net havs an active popup block.
On a single page, you can use only one of these services.
